**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair restaurant and butcher equipment. Including meat slicer, meat grinders, mixers, vac pack machines and an assortment of other small to mid size kitchen appliances. While ensuring all repairs meet industry standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
- Assemble components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Assist in heavy lifting of parts or equipment as required during the repair process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on commercial kitchen equipment.
- Experience in small to mid size appliance repairs
- Ability to operate various power tools safely and effectively.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs.
