**TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support, design and implement appropriate infrastructure (ex - documentation, standards, procedures) to manage a technical environment ensuring security requirements and service levels
- Provides recommendations and coordinates upgrades to software products, hardware and operating systems and performs software/hardware installations
- Coordinates and provides support for technical environments associated with IT infrastructure to meet functional requirements

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with the following skill set:

- Mobile App Registration
- Analytics for Web Application/Mobile App
- Distribution of Business Mobile Apps
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Security for Mobile Devices and backend services
- Establishing and maintaining security tokens
- MacOS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience administering UNIX/Linux in a variety of environments, with the following skill set:

- Ability to configure and manage networking in UNIX/Linux environments
- Manage and configure VIO client partitions
- Manage devices
- Manage storage
- Use HMC and SDMC to manage system resources
- Perform user administration tasks (such as limiting resources, creating/using groups, etc.)
- Possess a strong knowledge of system backup and recovery
- Have strong UNIX/Linux installation and maintenance skills
- Configuring and managing system security (including setting up single sign on) and linking various security protocols.
- Use NIM, WPAR Manager and Systems Director (base product)
- Installing and supporting Spring Boot and Sprint Gateway and other related products
- Containers
- Postgres
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Android, iOS, Oracle RDBMS, Elastic, Jenkins, Jira, Perl, VMWare, containers, familiarity with cloud environments, cloud environments and shell scripting
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential
- Shown expertise in problem investigation, determination and resolution
- Ability to work independently and within a team
