We are seeking a dependable and skilled **Cook / Kitchen Staff Member**to join our kitchen team. The line cook is responsible for cooking and assembling dishes, ensuring consistency in quality and taste, and supporting the chef in daily kitchen operations. Knowledge or experience in Korean cuisine is highly valued.

Fixed salary up to $23/hr based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to Mon Ami’s Korean BBQ recipes
- Ensure food presentation and portioning meet brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and tools
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely service
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist in prep work when required

**Qualifications**:

- Full-time availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Willingness to work at different Mon Ami locations as needed
- Previous line cook experience (experience with Korean cuisine is a strong asset)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of organization, timing, and teamwork

- Garder son poste de travail propre et bien organisé
- Collaborer avec l’équipe pour assurer un service fluide et rapide
- Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité
- Participer à la mise en place au besoin

**Profil recherché**:

- Disponibilité à temps plein (incluant soirs, fins de semaine et jours fériés)
- Flexibilité pour travailler dans différents restaurants Mon Ami
- Expérience en cuisine requise (expérience en cuisine coréenne est un fort atout)
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapide
- Sens de l’organisation, du timing et du travail d’équipe

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
