Complete customer sales, answer questions, and guarantee customer satisfaction in person and electronically
Required to update/create Customer accounts
Maintain a clean and organized work space environment
Familiarize yourself with Company products and services
Attend Monthly Staff meetings
Schedule daily deliveries with contractors and drivers
Receive and process customer payments
Perform any other related duties as assigned by Management
Experience requirements:
Customer service experience is an asset
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong phone skills
Strong communication skills
Possess the ability to handle challenging customers calmly
Ability to multitask
Experience with basic computer programs such as Word and Outlook Mail, point of sale systems and Quickbooks is an asset
Promote a positive workplace attitude
**Salary**: $33,102.42-$68,113.79 per year
