Easy on Net Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Representative with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will not only play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' websites through expert technical support but also contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Proactively identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and effectively communicate the value of our hosting services and additional features.

4. Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

6. Educate customers on best practices for optimizing their websites and addressing common technical challenges.

7. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.

8. Continuously identify areas for improvement in the customer support process and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials.

9. Participate in cross functional teams to migrate new clients into the Easy on Net Inc. infrastructure and ensure the client experience is a smooth as hoped for.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to provide informed and up-to-date support.

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a web hosting company.

2. Strong knowledge of web hosting technologies, including server configurations, DNS, FTP, cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS and SSL.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

6. Familiarity with popular content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.

7. Experience with website migration and server optimization.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: $41,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
