Revenue Management Labs is a boutique management consulting firm that specializes in developing and executing practical solutions to maximize long-term revenue and profitability for clients. Our focus is on bringing customized solutions, practical execution, and enabling our clients to build internal capabilities for long-term success.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will work on a team of two to four Associates and Consultants to deliver client outputs at every stage of the engagement
- Developing recommendations and communicating them clearly
- Formulating hypotheses and validating ideas through the use of frameworks, analysis, and analytics
- Identifying opportunities and solutions to client’s problems
- Contribute to the development of knowledge management, training and infrastructure materials
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree with 3 to 5 years of work experience post-graduation or master’s degree with 1 to 2 years of work experience
- Strong professional experience with a record of high achievement and managerial experience
- Strong record of leadership in a professional setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with the ability to frame solutions in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to communicate complex ideas both written and verbally
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to break down problems through thinking and analysis
- Comfortable interacting with clients
**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
