The role offers a base pay range of CA$110,000.00‑CA$130,000.00 per year. About the Role As a core partner in shaping Finni Health’s financial strategy, you will work directly with the Head of Finance and CEO to influence company‑wide performance. You will own and evolve our driver‑based operating model, lead forecasting processes, deliver financial insights, and support capital raising and M&A transactions. Key Responsibilities FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting Drive enterprise‑wide planning, ensuring the driver‑based model is accurate and scalable. Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re‑forecasting cycles, turning static budgets into dynamic accountability tools. Deliver investor‑grade monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and MD&A‑style commentary for the Board. Capital Markets & Fundraising Execute capital raise, partnering with CEO and Head of Finance to structure narrative and pitch materials. Own the multi‑year operating model for investor diligence, demonstrating profitability scenarios and capital deployment paths. Manage data room and due diligence, fielding VC questions around unit economics, burn multiples, and cohort retention. Model capital structure scenarios and create “use of funds” models to guide post‑raise allocation. Strategic Finance & Decision Support Build scenario models for new markets, pricing changes, and growth initiatives. Evaluate potential partnership and M&A opportunities with market sizing, synergy analysis, and integration modeling. Conduct ad hoc analysis across departments to ensure alignment with company priorities. Finance Operations & Accounting Support Ensure audit‑ready data for external diligence; validate historical actuals and reconcile key drivers. Partner with Revenue Cycle Management to track cash realization and bridge accrual revenue to operating cash flow. Standardize templates and automate workflows for clinic‑level forecasting. About You 3+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, MBB consulting, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory. 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Experience in equity capital raise, M&A transactions, or complex due diligence processes. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s or certifications like CFA or CPA preferred. Proven ownership or creation of operating models, both granular internal and narrative investor/board models. Advanced Excel skills (Index/Match, array formulas, sensitivity tables, data model, Power Query) and SQL experience. Deep understanding of accounting principles and 3‑statement financial modeling. Excellent analytical abilities and comfort with large datasets. Clear, concise communication and presentation skills for senior leadership. Compensation Range CA$110,000 – CA$130,000 per year.
