**About the role: Consultant**

**What You’ll Do**:As a Consultant, you’ll be diving into a variety of projects, working directly with our clients to solve complex problems. Here’s what you can expect:

- **Consulting and Client Engagement**:Support client projects from start to finish, contributing to research, analysis, and implementation. You'll be in the trenches, gathering data, analyzing issues, and helping to shape strategies.
- **Problem Solving**: Bring your critical thinking skills to the table to help our clients address their biggest challenges. Whether it's refining processes or facilitating team dynamics, you’ll be a key part of the solution.
- **Project Support**:Assist with project coordination tasks, including creating status reports, maintaining project plans, scheduling client meetings, preparing presentations, drafting reports, and coordinating with clients and team members. You’ll keep us all organized and on track.
- **Learning and Growth**: This is a role for someone eager to learn. You’ll be inquisitive and receive mentorship from expert consultants and have opportunities to develop your skills in areas like research & evaluation, facilitation, compensation design, HR, information technology, change management, strategy, and team building.

**Qualifications**:

- You have an undergraduate education.
- 0-2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related role (internships and volunteering counts).
- You are highly organized and analytical.
- You excel in project coordination.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with competing demands.
- You have excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients.
- You are naturally curious and skilled at breaking down complex challenges into functional and manageable pieces.
- You are always on the lookout to identify and solve challenges.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

**Compensation & Benefits**

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 CAD depending on demonstrated skills and experience. Sense and Nous offers paid vacation time and extended health benefits.
