Retail Business Administrator

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Retail Business Administrator is responsible for customer relations, retail sales support, accounts receivable, and administrative duties which include, but are not limited to:
- Cheerfully greeting customers as they enter and exit the store, answering the phone and directing callers to the appropriate member of staff, taking messages, and providing customer service
- Tracking walk-in customers and managing traffic counts
- Set up warranty and extended warranty service calls for customers and escalate any heightened cases to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager as needed
- Call all customers on the next day delivery routing to confirm their delivery
- Retail Sales Support
- On an as needed basis, create invoices & credits
- Submit customer invoices to the warehouse for pickups
- Verify delivery invoices 48 hours prior to deliver
- Receive and distribute incoming mail as needed
- Prepare and ship the mailbag, as needed
- Complete supplies order
- Keep the retail area neat and tidy, as needed
- Be comfortable with completing bank runs, with cash and cheque deposits
- Print POP & update price tags
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, skilled at multi-tasking, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work and think independently and establish priorities without constant direct supervision
- Expert process facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures and to take accountability for decisions, actions, and results

Expected time and days of work are as follows: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Days off: Sunday and Thursday.

**Salary**: $19 to $20 per hour
