**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and assist in developing strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Support outside sales representatives by preparing materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Participate in negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to understand product specifications and communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Experience in outside or technical sales is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Radiology technician: 10 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
