As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to excellent customer service, we are seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Assistant to support our sales team.

**Location**: Vancouver, BC

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/Week
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting our sales team, helping to ensure the team operates efficiently and our clients receive outstanding service. This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest in sales and customer relations, looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing their daily operations.
- Handle administrative duties in the sales department including data entry, processing sales orders, and managing schedules.
- Provide support in creating sales reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and communicate with them to address any needs or concerns.
- Support the sales team in organizing and preparing for sales meetings and client presentations.
- Help manage and track sales leads and the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for trade shows and other sales events.
- Assist with the execution of marketing and promotional strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a sales support, administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and database management - HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support team members on various tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
