**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in person in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Opening and or Closing the store effectively in a timely manner after training.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an excellent experience.
- Proficient in phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism in all communications.
- Ability to upsell effectively while understanding customer needs.
- POS experience is an asset.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases.
- Ability to work Solo to ensure all tasks are completed while assisting customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Cash handling: 1 year (preferred)
