**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**: - Responsible for coordinating Building Maintenance and Repairs - Responsible for addressing all customer inquiries - Develop and implement maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and safety protocols. - Oversee repairs, renovations, and installations to maintain the facility in top condition. - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects. - Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners - completing by-weekly reports on each property - Responsible for overall supervision of the property and on-call for emergency situations - Responsible for drafting all tenant notices, inquiries, and paperwork related to the facility - Responsible for coordinating all tenant appreciation and property events and tenant special requests - Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies. **EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**: - Minimum 3 to 5 years in full-time management, maintenance, or administrative role - Experience working as a site supervisor, site superintendent, or site facility manager - Excellent client relation and communication skills - Able to travel between multiple sites - Have full availability including weekends - Flexibility to changing work conditions including emergency events - Focuses on results: anticipates problems, identifies solutions, takes action - Goes the "extra mile" to understand and respond to tenant/customer needs - Demonstrates integrity in decision making, listening, and treatment of others **HOURS**: Monday to Thursday 3pm-9pm. Friday 3pm-7pm. Saturday 9am-3pm but flexible **APPLICATION PROCESS**: If you possess the required skills and experience to excel in this role, we invite you to apply.
