**What You’ll Do**
- Complete scheduled hands on maintenance to all processes and systems including HVAC, chillers, air handling systems, boilers etc.
- Complete hands on troubleshooting on a variety of automated equipment
- Ensure that facility systems are in working order and respond to issues or concerns as required
- Manage and complete all PM’s in a timely basis to ensure continuous up-time of the site
- Source and procure parts as necessary from new and existing suppliers
- Assist with space management within facility
- Hands on troubleshooting of a variety of automated equipment
- Participate in Health and Safety Committee for site
- Collaborate with site Human Resources to complete paperwork and coordinate security card issuance for contractors and new hires
- Program security cards for all new employees
- Participate in annual contractor orientation program. Ensure that on-going contractors have necessary WSIB and insurance coverage in place
- Provide on-call support during off hours and respond to pages and trouble calls as necessary

**Qualifications**
- College diploma or Apprenticeship in HVAC, building maintenance or similar program. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to respond to call ins at all hours of the day and night
- Ability to travel to Waterloo to assist that site with maintenance as needed (up to three times per month)
- Strong customer focus; ability to build rapport and relationships
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with deadlines in a high-paced environment
- The ability to work flexible shifts is preferable

Pay: $26.50-$35.00 per hour
