As a Strategic Legislative Analyst you will play a key part in supporting the readiness and delivery of the 2025 General Election, as well as support various policy work. This position will require strong change management, project management, and the ability to plan high quality, innovative service delivery strategies. Primary duties include:

- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless planning and execution of counting centre operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive logistics plan for the secure movement and set-up of election materials to and from the counting centre.
- Help design floor layout and workflow of facility to optimize efficiency.
- Establish an escalation and support plan.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, potential issues, and proposed solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and corporate policies.

In addition to the 2025 General Election, you will also provide support to the Strategic Services team. This could include a variety of projects such as the Business Unit Policy Program, Safety Program, and Corporate Reporting.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Geography or a related discipline with at least 2 years of experience in research, data analysis, consultation, project management and report writing.
- Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) and the use of a personal vehicle for work is also required.
- Experience managing the logistics of large-scale events considered an asset.
- Experience with overseeing on-site event operations, including set-up, real-time problem solving, and post event operations considered an asset.
- Experience in managing relationships with multiple vendors considered an asset.'
- Experience working in local government and election operations considered an asset.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently and effectively lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
