**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain detailed documentation, including issue resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users.
- Analyze support trends to identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and IT governance standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in managing support teams and service operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bilingual in English and French.
