We are actively seeking an** Administrative Support Clerk-Maintenance Dep **to join our team as we continue to expand our reach and services.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Creation of access cards;
- Uniform Distribution and Inventory;
- Performs Pest Control inspection and documents;
- Keeps meticulous records;
- Distribution of work orders and updating the work orders file;
- Archiving of documents;
- Laundry service for items other than uniforms (e.g. towels);
- Organization of the department's document files and confirmation of invoices;
- Communication with external companies and make PO requests.
- Perform all other related duties as required;

**Requirements**:

- A great communicator; Collaborative, Positive attitude, Team player;
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Ms. Office;
- Able to manage internal relationships;

**This position offers**:

- Permanent full-time job, 37.5 hours / week;
- Group insurance plan and group RRSP.
- A stimulating and friendly work environment.
