Kingston, Canada Princess Delivery Service Full time

This job provides a consistent weekly schedule. I can offer a lot of hours (minimum 20) and make a schedule that includes weekends or that stays within Monday to Friday.

**Seeking drivers who are**
- reliable
- looking for at least three months of work.
- have good employment references (references may not be required if they are not possible eg. for individuals who are long retired or who are coming over from a delivery app)
- easy to get along with and able to tolerate some slow times (there is more of this in the summer)
- enjoy customer interactions

**Hours**

Various options for shifts including..

5:30 pm to 10 pm

4 pm to 9 pm

3 pm to 10 pm

11 am to 7 pm

11 am to 10 pm

10:30 am to 5:30 pm

(Other options possible)

**Earnings**

Couriers earn delivery fees and tips. You'll average at least $17/ hr net profit between 4 to 8:30 pm. The somewhat earnings during the day time and after the dinner rush are due to there being some waiting in between deliveries on some shifts. While in motion, you can count on averaging at least $18/ hr at all times of the day.

The earnings can trend higher by an additional $3-$4/ hours for weeks at a time due to increased overall delivery volume.

- more frequent routes with 2 deliveries
- shorter average delivery distance and many downtown-pick up/ downtown-destination deliveries
- it's rare for there to be long periods of no deliveries. We'll keep you moving most of the time you're on shift

**Note to delivery app drivers on some differences**:

- it's not permitted to take delivery app deliveries during your shift with us
- it's not permitted to come and go as you like (you're expected to start on time and stay for your whole shift. Sometimes we cut drivers early if there are more than we need (if the driver wants to be cut early)

No experience required.

Princess Delivery Service is a dedicated service that has been open every day except Christmases and Boxing days since 2005 and is still going strong while the delivery apps have put most independent food couriers out of business across Canada.

**Salary**: $13.00-$24.00 per hour
