Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitoring incoming tenders
- Saving and updating server and company website for current tenders
- Physical and Digital Filing
- More duties as assigned
- Receptionist duties
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills a must
- Detailed oriented, efficient and accurate
- Takes initiative and eager to learn along with multi-tasking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a good attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to handle working in a fast-paced environment, in order to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing workloads, priorities and accountability
- Post-Secondary education in accounting an asset
- Understanding of SAGE 50/100 software an asset
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
