Financial Analyst, Operations & Manufacturing
- **Manufacturing Financial Analyst is a member of the manufacturing team directly responsible for helping the Company to achieve its financial objectives in the manufacturing operation. He/she must be a well-rounded, hands-on financial analyst with a strong desire to develop an understanding of business operations and help identify and push key business drivers. Analyst must be able to develop strong working relationships with the operating managers and have strong analytical skills.**_

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- BS/MBA from accredited university preferably in finance or accounting
- Minimum of two years of combined relevant work experience post undergraduate; Ideal background includes experience as financial analyst of mid-size manufacturing company
- Strong financial analysis and project management skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on person with interest in further developing general management and leadership skills
- Able to work at both a strategic and operational level
- Entrepreneurial with strong desire to help drive improvements and results

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop a monthly physical inventory process to ensure timely and accurate inventory counts and root cause any significant discrepancies
- Identify opportunities to improve scrap rates on major inventory items
- Assist senior management in building a financially conscious manufacturing team
- Work with key operating managers to develop and keep good financial controls and discipline within an entrepreneurial business
- Identify opportunities for cost savings
