Modelcom est une firme d’experts conseils en modélisation d’affaires qui s’est bâtie une solide réputation pour la valeur ajoutée de ses conseils financiers dans les groupes de finance corporative de moyennes et grandes entreprises ainsi qu’auprès de sociétés en capital de risques et entreprises/projets en démarrage.

Dans le but de réaliser des mandats de consultation, Modelcom est présentement à la recherche d’un **analyste financier,** afin de se joindre à son équipe de professionnels chevronnés.

**Vos principales tâches**:

- Agir comme analyste financier externe (_FP&A_) dans plusieurs mandats stimulants dans des sociétés privées : projections financières, budget, prix de revient, KPI, etc ;
- Supporter nos clients dans leurs différentes activités transactionnelles : évaluation d’opportunités d’investissement, modélisation, revue diligence et documentation;
- Participer à des projets d’implantation de plateforme analytique et système budgétaire, ainsi que d’optimisation du _reporting_ financier.

**Les compétences exigées**:

- Posséder un titre professionnel (CPA, CFA ou EEE) ou une maîtrise reliée au domaine financier jumelé à des expériences pertinentes, stages ou emplois réguliers;
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic et des bonnes pratiques en modélisation financière;
- Être en mesure de participer à des projets ayant des échéanciers serrés et travailler dans un environnement qui est bonifié à la performance;
- Être méthodique, rigoureux, créatif, tout en ayant un esprit critique;
- Bilinguisme, parlé et écrit;
- Expérience en investissement, fusions et acquisitions, financement, développement corporatif est un atout;
- Intérêt à apprendre à utiliser d’autres outils spécialisés en PBF (_Planning Budgeting & Forecasting_) est un atout.
