- Ensuring that all health and safety requirements and policies are in place and monitored.
- Experience working in the ICI construction industry.
- Experience running renovation projects between 5-20 Million dollars in valuation.
- Previous hands on construction experience.
- Coordinating with sub-trades to ensure all work is in compliance with the contract documents.
- Coordinating with the project manager.
- Knowledge of construction materials and systems.
- The ability to read & interpret, working drawings and shop drawings.
- The ability to perform quantity take-offs
- Arrange for the proper independent testing and inspection of the work.
- Coordinate inspections from the Building Department and any other regulatory agencies governing the work.
- . Coordinate work with Client’s operations to minimize disruption.
- Ensure that the site is properly secured and cleaned on a regular daily basis.
- Carry out any changes to the work upon written approval of Change Orders.
- Must have proficient computer skills ex: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word.
- Working well under pressure to adhere to project completion dates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

- construction: 8 years (required)
- Site Supervising: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
