We are seeking a Residential New Construction Foreman in the Northern GTA to coordinate operations and oversee workers on new construction sites (Single and Multi-Family Homes).

Your leadership skills and extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and favour safety above everything else.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Coordinate material and equipment according to schedule
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities, monitor attendance of crew
- Ensure labour and material resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers
- Customer Satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a construction foreman
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and materials in particular exterior cladding and aluminum
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively working in a TEAM environment
- Extensive knowledge of relevant workplace safety laws and best practices are important requirements for this position.
- Driver's license in good standing

**Work Conditions**
- Work conditions vary significantly depending on the nature of the project the foreman is supervising
- They will be required to travel to each job site to check on the work in progress.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
