Imperial Lawn Care Services is a rapidly growing lawn care company based in Burlington and serving the surrounding areas. Our dedication to delivering high-quality lawn care solutions sets us apart in the industry. Imperial is relatively new, but we have been doing business in the area for just under a decade with approximately 20 years of industry experience, and are currently looking for individuals to assist in taking the company to the next level.

**Position: Lead Hand**

**Location**: Burlington

**Type**: Part-Time / Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Perform a variety of lawn care tasks, including mowing, spring/fall clean-ups, hedge trimming, and potentially fertilization, overseeding, and weed control.
- Mentor team members in lawn care techniques and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with management to plan daily schedules and optimize operations.
- Maintain and inspect equipment for proper functioning, and perform basic maintenance when required.
- Engage professionally with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Provide progress reports and suggest improvements to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid G License with a clean driving abstract.
- 3-5 years of experience in the lawn care/landscaping industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment including: push mowers, zero-turn mowers, weed whackers, blowers etc., and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Mature, reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Physically fit and able to work at a fast pace.
- Capable of withstanding diverse weather conditions.
- Detail oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
