We are a Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial firm based in Brampton, Ontario looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team to help develop and qualify outbound & inbound opportunities. As our company grows, you will be instrumental in creating new opportunities and assisting the sales team.

We currently have ongoing contracts from the construction & automobile industry and hold a verified database of all key contacts across North America with the most advanced tools to connect & manage your daily sales tasks.

**Eligibility**:

- Excellent Conversational Skills
- Must be available for 40 hours/week
- 5 working days

**Reporting to**: Sales Manager

**Job Specifics**:

- Reach out to potential clients to present our products and service offerings over the phone
- Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities in an engaging manner
- Gathering and documenting client information, intent and interests
- Outbound cold calls to senior decision-makers across specific industries to discuss opportunities
- Keep an updated client database
- Fill the CRM systems to record logs with accurate, detailed files for each client
- Actively manage inbound customer relationships to qualify leads and build the foundation for high-quality relationships with our customers
- Identify up-sale and cross-sale opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage, track and update customer activity within a CRM
- Participate in client meetings, following up and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Become knowledgeable with the bidding process for janitorial projects
- Identify new operations systems and business opportunities

**Desired Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience building, developing and qualifying sales pipeline
- Janitorial industry experience preferred
- CRM experience
- Experience using various methods to establish contact with prospects
- Experience developing effective messaging and business strategies
- Strong motivation, ambition and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and lead in a team setting
