We are seeking a skilled lawn maintenance professional to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of various properties. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as lawn maintenance, weed whipping, Zero turn lawn mower, push mower, and general clean up
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to ensure the job is completed
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with landscaping and garden maintenance, including, planting, and pruning
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of lawn equipment, zero turn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills to interact with clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
