With over 25 years of experience, Nu Image offers a complete range of maintenance services for our clients, including general property maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, asphalt repairs, lot maintenance, snow and ice management, and more.

We provide a dynamic team environment, paid vacations, health benefits and available 10 hour x 4 day work week for some positions.

**Job description**

We are searching for multiple people for full-time, year round employment with varying abilities to provide a wide range of property maintenance services to a diverse customer base, so if you are experience in, or have an interested developing a career in traditional grounds maintenance or any other aspect of general maintenance such as truck operations, hard and soft-scape installation, general property repairs or handi-person services we'd like to talk to you.

We are seeking motivated people that are capable of adapting to a non-structured routine where everyday a new project is tackled. As a growing company we need people who can “wear multiple hats”, has leadership potential and is looking to be part of team that strives for efficiency and effectiveness in their work day.

**Principle Functions**:

- Provide services to meet defined standards of care and quality
- Operation and care of a variety of equipment used in the property maintenance industry
- Operate and provide basic preventative maintenance to assigned equipment
- Operate truck and trailer combinations
- Winter property maintenance work

**Qualifications**:

- Looking to be part of a team environment

- Willingness to learn
- Be task oriented with the ability to take direction and then work independently
- Have a great attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
- Have strong attention to detail while on the job
- Have a valid G license with a clean driving record
- Have own transportation to and from work
- As the job is outside, the ability to work in varying weather conditions is a must.
- Have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and clients
- Possess safe and efficient work practices, especially in high public use areas.

**Salary**: $19.00-$26.99 per hour
