About the Role

AllScapes Landscape is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Lawn and Bed Maintenance Crew. As a vital part of our field team, you will help maintain the beauty and health of our residential and commercial properties through consistent, detail-oriented work.

We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, show up on time, and treat teammates and clients with respect. If you’re passionate about working outdoors and being part of a crew that values integrity and quality, we’d love to hear from you.

**Winter Opportunity**:
There is a strong possibility for crew members to transition into our **Snow Removal Team** during the winter months, allowing for more consistent, year-round employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain planting beds by weeding, pruning, and mulching
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure job sites are clean and professionally presented upon completion
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Communicate respectfully with teammates and clients
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in attendance and job performance

- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid G driver’s license is a must

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend work as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week
