Thanks to our continued growth within the IT space, our PMO team is looking to welcome a new **T**echnical Program Manager. **Reporting to the Director, PMO, you will focus on prioritizing, managing, and coordinating the delivery of sophisticated IT initiatives in support of our business units. You will own the agile delivery for various IT systems, tools, and processes that are instrumental to scaling a rapidly growing multi-billion-dollar global business unit

**What you will do**:

- Support scrum masters and delivery teams through the full development lifecycle - Initiation, Planning & Discovery, Build, and Completion.
- Coordinate with Product Manager(s) to implement and build critical initiatives.
- Work with cross-functionally to drive large-scale IT/technology programs.
- Support project builds from start to finish - working with delivery partners to plan requirements, manage program schedules, identify risks, and outline delivery strategies.
- Perform budgetary governance assess the financial impacts of programs.
- Document a well-defined project management delivery plan and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare communication plans, progress reports, and dashboards for collaborators and project sponsors in a timely manner.
- Build trusting relationships with program partners and business units.
- Lead Committee meetings with Stakeholders and Sponsors.
- Use tools to develop metrics to measure program performance and trends.
- Conduct retrospectives to identify recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the coaching and development of team members.

**What you bring**:

- 4-6 years of validated experience, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology related field.
- Accredited Project Management and Agile Certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP) are not a requirement but an asset.
- Experience running SCRUM teams
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Project (Project Web App)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated ability using Agile principles and methodologies to deliver successful technical projects & programs.
- Demonstrated ability in technical project/program management and program change management.
- Streamlined communication, capable of explaining technical (and non-technical) initiatives to non-technical people at all levels of the organization.
