We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff at Crème Restaurant opening on the waterfront in the Cunard building. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with menu selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and cashier stations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in managing wait times and seating arrangements during busy periods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding orders.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling responsibilities confidently.
- Valid Serve right/ Safe check is preferred but will be provided if necessary
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $15.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
