**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff, ensuring high performance and excellent customer interaction.

- **Operational Oversight**: Supervise daily FOH operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and order flow.
- **Scheduling**: Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours and events.
- **Training & Development**: Onboard new team members and provide ongoing training to uphold Dessert Yard’s service excellence.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure FOH areas are fully stocked with supplies and coordinate with the kitchen team as needed.
- **Health & Safety**: Enforce cleanliness and hygiene standards to comply with food safety regulations.
- **Sales Monitoring**: Assist in driving sales by suggesting upsell opportunities and monitoring daily revenue targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
- **Attributes**: Friendly, customer-focused, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
