Legendary Hospitality in the heart of Downtown Halifax is looking for bussers and hosts to join our team at Stubborn Goat Gastropub. We are looking for a passionate hard working individual to join our support teams. Our core values are focused around the people we employ and the customers we serve and we are looking for like-minded individuals.

**Responsibilities**
- Restocking cutlery, dishware and glassware
- Have a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus
- Greeting and sitting our guests
- Aid the FOH and BOH by running expo, controlling the flow and pace of the kitchen, clarifying chits and performing quality checks
- Maintaining the flow of the restaurant and communicating with guests wait times
- Contribute to the guest experience by cleaning and setting tables
- Understand and communicate with guests any specials or promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and food safety policies
- Responsible to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Deliver a Legendary guest experience

**About you**
- 1+ years in the food and beverage industry an asset
- A working knowledge of cuisine is an asset but not necessary
- Must be punctual, reliable, have ability to work as a team and independently and have a strong work ethic
- Advanced English language skills

**Work Environment**
- Physical demands include walking and standing, bending, kneeling, repetitive twisting and lifting, and repetitive arm movements
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Uniforms and PPE provided by LHG must be worn during work hours

**Work Authorization**
- Must be authorized to legally work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
