Veren is looking for a Natural Gas Scheduler to join our team to support the logístical and commercial efforts of the Natural Gas Marketing team.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the day-to-day natural gas scheduling operations on Alliance Pipeline and TC Energy’s NGTL, Foothills, TC Mainline and Gas Transmission Northwest natural gas scheduling systems- Effectively communicate with internal operations and the marketing team to ensure Veren’s natural gas production flows uninterrupted- Support the team with analysis on natural gas transportation economics- Track VRN’s natural gas transportation commitments in the Energy Trading Risk Management system- Assist in supply/demand fundamentals and analytics for projects and reports- Contribute to the review of pipeline and purchaser statements and invoice reconciliation- Participate in industry committees as required- Other analytical, reporting and presentation requirements as needed

What You Bring:
- 5 - 7 years of related marketing or scheduling experience specifically with natural gas- Familiarity with pipeline nomination systems, tariffs, and processes on NGTL, TransGas, Alliance, Foothills, GTN and TransCanada Mainline would be an asset- Flexible schedule and the ability to be on the on-call rotation for balancing and nominations- Self-starter, motivated to initiate projects and analyze innovative solutions to business challenges
