As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:
The primary focus of the Supply Chain Coordinator will be procurement, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and valuable insight into a business with extensive supply chain operations. In addition to procurement, this role will involve a variety of operational responsibilities, supporting both internal and external customers with order processing and reporting, inventory management, and product research.

This position will evolve as the company continues to grow, offering room for career development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process orders and prepare procurement-related documentation, including order tracking, shipment coordination, and customer-facing reports. Coordinate invoicing and vendor payments with the Accounting team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers, providing supply chain solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Support the expansion of SingleTrack’s supplier network through research and negotiations.
- Provide internal sales support by supplying costing, product specifications, and necessary documentation.
- Assist external sales by managing customer orders, delivery preferences, re-order follow-ups, quoting, inquiries, and RFPs.
- Track and manage commercial inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound orders, and oversee sample inventory, repackaging, and distribution for in-house lab testing.
- Serve as the primary contact for final-mile trucking across North America, handling bookings, tracking, commercial paperwork, and delivery coordination.
- Assist with new projects and initiatives as needed.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in business or supply chain (preferred).
- Previous experience or background in international business (an asset).
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
