We need a **rockstar carpenter** who brings a diverse skill set, a can-do attitude, and a knack for building rapport. You’ll be a key player in our projects, often working independently or leading small crews, so we’re seeking someone who’s as reliable as they are talented. Here’s what we’re looking for:

- **Diverse Experience**: Expertise in framing, finishing carpentry, painting, drywall patching, fence building, flooring install, and site cleanup, with a focus on high-end residential work. Experience with high end modern is a big plus.
- **Your Own Tools**: You come equipped with a comprehensive set of professional-grade tools to tackle a wide range of tasks.
- **Independent & Leadership Skills**: Comfortable working solo or overseeing underlings, with clear communication to ensure projects stay on track and meet our high standards.
- **Client-Focused Personality**: Friendly, approachable, and able to build trust with clients, architects, and subtrades. You’re the face of our company on-site
- **Reliable Transportation**: A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle to travel to job sites across the Lower Mainland (West Van, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, South Surrey, and beyond).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter with skills in framing, finishing, painting, drywall patching, and cleanup (3+ years preferred).
- Own a comprehensive set of professional carpentry tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel across the Lower Mainland.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently or lead small teams with mínimal supervision.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Bonus: Experience with high-end materials and familiarity with local building codes in the Lower Mainland.
