Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to kick-start your career in account management? Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a **Junior Account Manager** to join our dynamic team. As a **Junior Account Manager**, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base while providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Understand clients' needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress to clients and management
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Assist in generating quotes and perform follow ups as required

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Previous experience in the fire alarm/sprinkler industry considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and ability to work well under pressure
- High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Valid Driver's license

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
