**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Prepare various baked goods, including cakes, cookies, and pastries, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including mixing ingredients, measuring portions, and following recipes accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Package finished products for display or delivery while ensuring quality control.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely product delivery.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in cake decorating techniques and knowledge of various baking methods is essential.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in food preparation and packaging within the food industry is a plus.
