Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinates and supervises all construction activities from the beginning to end of any assigned project(s).
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
- Maintains the construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
- Maintains positive relationships with all customers, clients, inspectors, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and all other employees.
- Prepares, schedules and supervises the completion of a final deficiency list.
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
- Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.
- Maintains an organized job site, including the construction office.
- A conscientious attitude towards controlling job costs and adhering to progress schedules.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the plans and specifications for each project assigned.
- Complete the Superintendent's daily report each day, using the approved software and format of Garrison Creek Construction.
- Ensure that all change orders are properly executed and indicated on as-built plans.
- Maintains close communication with the Project Manager on day-to-day general activities, scheduling, budget, client requests and/or any items that may impact the assigned project in any way.
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
