Reporting into the Manager, Medicine Program and RVH Health & Wellness Centre (Rizzardo), the
**Site Supervisor** is responsible for the comprehensive management and coordination of a busy, multi-disciplinary clinic setting for RVH. The Site Supervisor will oversee the day to day functioning of the RVH clinics operating in the Rizzardo Health & Wellness Centre and will be the key consistent role at Rizzardo representing RVH.

The role is responsible for:
Operations and Customer Service:

- Oversees the safety and security of all assets (equipment) and ensures they are being properly utilized
- Create a welcoming environment for all healthcare team members and patients
- Create and manage office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency and smooth day to day functioning of the clinic
- Manage office supplies and clinic inventory/stock levels and place appropriate orders
- Support and co-ordinate the RVH clinics operating in the Rizzardo Health & Wellness Centre through any applicable moves, purchasing, communication, etc.
- Serve as a fill-in for receptionist as needed
- Maintaining flexibility to respond to urgent requests and priorities
- Interacting with internal/external contacts with a high degree of professionalism
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Rizzardo Health & Wellness Centre as required

Liaises with all Stakeholders:

- Works collaboratively with intra-departmental stakeholders to ensure customer service and cleanliness standards are being met, and smooth clinic functioning
- Address day-to-day infrastructure and property management issues and serve as a point of contact with vendors and contractors
- Give direction to and assist vendors visiting the Rizzardo Centre to help accommodate their needs as best possible

Human Resources, Systems & Finance:

- Schedule, attend and maintain minutes for staff meetings
- Delegate and utilize the on shift staff, on a daily basis. Allowing the department to accommodate for variables such as sick calls, workplace injuries, supply shortages, and periods of increased workload
- Engage the staff in discussions on how to improve their workplace through Rounding
- Maintain a positive and safe work environment Maintain a positive and safe work environment
- Lead user for new information technology systems related to admin support for reporting and procurement such as finance, human resources and purchasing
- Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize productivity
- Maintain and trouble-shoot day-to-day issues with computer systems including electronic medical records (Meditech)
- Review all incoming invoices, expense forms, etc. noting issues for the Operations Director
- Maintain appropriate budget files and records
- Maintain security of confidential information
- Other responsibilities as required

**Education**:

- University degree

**Experience**:

- Experience in a primary health care setting and experience
- Minimum three years’ experience in financial management
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of PHIPA and FIPPA legislation
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate work-flow of others in a busy environment
- Must be able to compose letters and deal with routine correspondence
- Experience with conflict resolution tools and techniques
