Frontline Care Services Manager

Kinnect Support Services is a rapidly growing organization in the social services sector, dedicated to enhancing the quality of care provided to individuals in need. We specialize in staffing compassionate and skilled front-line caregivers across mental health, addictions, developmental disabilities, autism, and both youth and adult support programs. Our goal is to bridge agencies with the right care professionals to deliver impactful, client-centered services.
**Overview**:
The **Manager, Frontline Care Services** will join the leadership team and manage external stakeholders (Kinnect client accounts), coordinate with agency staff, and continue to lead initiatives that strengthen Kinnect Support Services partnerships and improve delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Kinnect and client agencies while also monitoring caregiver attendance and service quality across assignments
- Develop and maintain internal processes, forms, and policies including administrative duties for compliance
- Streamline operations while also identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients
- Build and maintain relationships with new agencies and sponsors
- **Managing clients**:_
- Tailor service packages and partnership proposals to client needs while also implementing renewals, and service upgrades
- Negotiate contracts in alignment with client needs and company goals
- Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Draft contracts and complete client-specific documentation
- Stay informed about industry standards, trends, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Who you are**:
- A desire to support caregivers and agencies that support Kinnect
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a social services setting or similar
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships while negotiating effectively
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and communicate effectively with multiple clients
- Confident in delivering presentations and representing the company externally
- Up-to-date knowledge of social service industry practices

**Experience**:

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
