**THE ROLE**

Lead Insulation Team (2 to 3 person crew) to safely achieve objectives

Installation of spray foam and insulation on residential projects

Supervise employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans and job specifications

Monitor attendance of staff and accounting of hours/posting

Participation in safety program and procedures

Assist in resolution of technical problems

Resolve employee and customer concerns


**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- A Class 5 License
- Prior experience installing spray foam and insulation in Winnipeg and surrounding area
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces
