Clean Harbors in **Red Deer, AB** is looking for a **Field Project Manager** to join our Pigging and Decocking division and be a part of our safety conscious team

This individual will be responsible for ensuring materials, equipment and personnel are organized to meet the job requirements, including being responsible for customer relations and interactions on the assigned jobs.

- Providing quotes for jobs to clients with a team of project managers;
- Monitoring compliance of employees in the field at all times;
- Conduct field evaluations for employees and creating reports for operations;
- Responsible for providing outstanding customer relations and contact during pre-job, during the job and post job including obtaining job specific instructions, feedback on progress and satisfaction, determining and responding to any changes to scope or direction from customer;
- Organizing and controlling the distribution of materials and manpower required for the job;
- Monitor and oversee the performance of 3rd party vendors;
- Prepare proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules;
- Acts as an agent of business and is involved with developing relationships with key customers and understanding our customers’ concerns and priorities;
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business;
- With support of office management team, assist with procurement for projects including materials, equipment rental, temporary labor, and subcontractors;
- Provides timely, concise and relevant information to superiors and subordinates;
- Provides support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates and subcontractor selection and procurement;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Project management) experience required;
- Knowledge of scoping and pricing field service work;
- Knowledge of Federal, Provincial and Local environmental regulations as well as Clean Harbors policies and procedures;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to understand, resolve/address issues strategically;
- Strong customer management, leadership and supervisory skills.
- Conventional or civil dredging experience.
- Centrifuge and de-watering experience.
