Based in Red Deer, Alberta, Aspire Energy has consistently produced packages of unsurpassed quality to meet all specification and individual requirement of our clients, becoming the industry leader in remanufactured equipment for oil and gas production. We are currently recruiting for a **Project Manager** at our **Red Deer, AB** location.

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities for this position include**:

- Discussing project scope with client
- Compiling project estimates
- Reviewing and issuing drawings to clients for approval
- Working with procurement to source necessary project materials
- Managing project budget
- P&ID development with design team
- Reviewing customer specifications to ensure project meets customer requirements
- Scheduling 3rd party contractors
- Problem solving

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of previous project management experience
- Must have extensive experience with P&IDs and shop fabrication drawings
- Must have working knowledge of ASME B31.3 pipe, valve, and fitting materials
- Experience with oil and gas process systems
- Must have experience with and ability to read and fully understand P&ID drawings, fabrication and shop drawings, relating to mechanical, assembly, pipefitting, electrical and welding purposes
- Must be very well organized, with attention to detail, specifically as it relates to drawings and technical writing
- Must be able to develop and implement innovative solutions with appropriate attention to detail

**Assets**:

- Oil and gas process experience
- Experience with gas dehydration equipment
- The following certifications would be considered beneficial for the position:

- PMP certification
- Eng or CET designation
- Journeyman electrical /instrumentation technician
- Or others as applicable
- Previous manufacturing experience
