**_ What you’ll be doing:_**
- Manage cash by directing payments to vendors through coordination between the Account Receivable Specialist and Account Payable specialist.
- Escalation point for sensitive matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Support the team during vacations or busy periods.
- Maintain Forward contracts to mitigate foreign currency exposure.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Adhoc projects for the finance team.
- Maintain monthly journal entries, lease, fixed asset and rent schedules.
- Monthly bank reporting submissions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**_ What you bring to the table:_**
- College diploma in accounting or a related field of study.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong foundation in Excel
- Ability to work under pressure with weekly/monthly deadlines
- Highly organized and detailed oriented with multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written
- Experience using Netsuite is an asset but not required
