**CATERING & EVENT TEAM MEMBER POSITION**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **Catering & Events Team Member** at Impact Kitchen on a **12 week contract**. In this role, you will represent Impact Kitchen at various Catering and Marketing events, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and promoting our brand's values, story, menu, and Food Philosophy. This position requires a passion for our mission, a willingness to learn, and the ability to deliver premium catering experiences to our community. Another key aspect of the role will be to lead the execution of Impact Kitchen’s Smoothie Bike summer pop-up with the goal of generating buzz and excitement around our downtown Toronto restaurant locations.

**SCHEDULE & DURATION**:

- Seasonal position (June through September), with an opportunity for permanent employment at Impact Kitchen afterwards
- Weekends are Mandatory
- Paid Training - tentative start date is Wednesday, June 7th (to be confirmed upon hire)
- Smoothie Bike Events - tentative start date Monday, June 12th (to be confirmed upon hire)
- Up to 35 hours/week with the possibility of adding full-time hours at one of our Flagship Locations once the program is complete.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Represent Impact Kitchen as a brand ambassador at Catering and Marketing events, embodying the brand's values and creating a positive and engaging experience for attendees.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the Impact Kitchen brand, including our values, story, menu offerings, and Food Philosophy, to effectively communicate and promote our offerings to existing & potential customers.
- Coordinate and deliver premium catering orders to professional sports teams, corporate offices, and various events, ensuring timely and efficient delivery logistics, and professional set up food for customer meetings and events.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the Impact Smoothie Bike sampling program across all 5 Impact Kitchen locations and local community events, engaging with potential customers and sharing information about our brand.
- Work closely with the Community Coordinator and Customer Experience Specialist to represent Impact Kitchen and create meaningful connections with the community.
- Collaborate with the Community Coordinator and Customer Experience Specialist to plan and execute various Catering and Marketing events, contributing to the success of Impact Kitchen's outreach efforts.
- Possess a full G license and be comfortable driving a van for transportation needs related to catering and event logistics.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the demands of catering and event operations.
- Be physically capable of loading and unloading heavy objects, such as food, equipment, and supplies, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in customer service, event coordination, or brand ambassador roles is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and represent Impact Kitchen professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively coordinate catering and event logistics.
- Passion for the Impact Kitchen brand, with a genuine interest in promoting healthy eating and sustainable living.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Valid full G driver's license and comfort in driving a van for transportation needs.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and carry heavy objects during catering and event setups.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the schedule of catering and event operations.
