We help dealers automate non-revenue generating activities, track operations, and improve profits by assisting dealers manage their parts, service, sales, storage, customer relationship management (CRM), and rentals through our proprietary software. Our solutions are designed to help manage dealer operations by tracking and storing data from every department and delivering information that will assist dealerships in making successful business decisions. Our CRMs help the separate departments in a dealership function smoothly together by creating a central data warehouse for inventory levels, ordering, services, and customer information.
**Virtual Implementation Consultant - Heavy Equipment Division**
**_ This role is 100% remote and the applicant can be located anywhere in the US or Canada._**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Consults with dealership department management to review data, setups, configuration, and mappings
- Customizes and implements **CDK IntelliDealer** software to support dealership onboarding to a new Dealer Management System
- Facilitates and delivers a remote verification seminar to ensure client understanding of mappings, data workflow, and validate setups
- Updates key install and preparation information in Salesforce, monitors assignments, and updates the project manager and leadership as applicable
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Supervision Received / Independence of Action**:
- Work is performed under general supervision.
- Installation and training is completed independently and reviewed and measured for overall accuracy and effectiveness.
**Service Quality**:
- Answers all install questions based upon dealer best practices. Presents alternatives and recommendations where appropriate.
- Completes installation of assigned product set within established productivity and quality standards.
- Ability to effectively train dealership personnel.
**Accountability / Decision Making**:
- Ability to recognize critical situations, make decisions, and take actions. Informs management when necessary.
- Takes responsibility for the outcome of assigned duties and installs.
**Qualifications & Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 years or more of relevant experience; **preferably in Heavy Equipment.**:
- Must have accounting practical knowledge or experience
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills, operating system knowledge,
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and customer service communication skills.
- Experience and confidence in virtual customer facing contact.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well and collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to learn quickly and focus on process improvements.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Occasional travel is typically 1 or 2 weeks per year to represent CDK at large shows and strategic dealers.
**Preferred Attributes & Qualifications**
- Experience with Heavy Equipment industry specific Dealer Management Software.
- Experience working with dealerships or in a dealership preferred
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Experience using SQL, excel, data, and spreadsheets
**Salary Pay** - 70k - 75k base + 7% AIP bonus
