For more information, visit spglobal.com/mobility.As an Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to complete the onboarding of new customers onto our Mastermind technology. You will securely connect to a customer’s DMS (Dealership Management System) databases, ingest data, review data sets, and implement with quality to ensure each customer is configured properly and on time. You will become a subject matter expert in database configurations, data flows, and systems. You will troubleshoot and solve configuration issues with speed and accuracy. You will concurrently manage new customer onboardings, Support Tickets, DMS Changes, and Digital Setups, and proactively communicate status, next steps, and proposed solutions with internal and external stakeholders. Own and manage the entire implementation setup of new customers, including data from a dealer’s DMS, CRM, or other data sources Obtain customer data, ingest it into our systems, and quality check for expected functionality Become a subject matter expert in the DMS and data extraction topics Own and manage the implementation of Mastermind’s Digital offerings Query and extract data using common computer languages Own and resolve relevant support tickets, identify root causes, and suggest process improvements for recurring issues Communicate status updates and next steps by phone, Slack, and email to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with other teams to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements Proactively recognize and address setbacks and risks, escalating as required Maintain initial and ongoing data quality for assigned customers Prioritize and manage concurrent work streams with minimal supervision A Successful Implementation Specialist will be: Proactive and accountable Customer centric Coachable, collaborative, and solutions oriented Clear and succinct communicator (both written and verbal) Enjoys process and mastery of technical detail Agile Minimum Requirements 2+ years' relevant professional experience Bachelor's Degree preferred Customer facing experience preferred Comfortable with technology and an understanding of process-based tools Proficient user of Microsoft Excel Proficiency with SQL Preferred Qualifications Auto industry experience or auto databases Salesforce.com experience Customer or functional project management experience Facebook Business Manager experience Where you will be London, Ontario office.
