We are seeking a Private Wealth Associate to join our Managed accounts trading team - someone who is detail oriented and dedicated to excellence

Our Portfolio Management team is currently growing We’re seeking a Private Wealth Associate in a contract position to complete timely and accurate implementation of the Private Wealth Portfolios, execution of client redemption and contribution requests, and supporting advisors on the administration of their Private Wealth accounts. This role is integral in assisting the team with the ongoing monitoring of IPC Private Client portfolios and compliance reviews.

**What you will do**
- Ongoing monitoring of accounts; identify cash flow transactions requiring rebalancing activity
- Co-ordinate trading instructions between sub-advisor and NBIN trade desk
- Manage and reconcile all instructions pertaining to account transactions
- Coordinate program rebalances and account level trade activity with NBIN
- Review suitability of client account opening documentation
- Set up new accounts and facilitate portfolio changes directed by advisor
- Ensure complete and accurate account opening documentation is in place
- Exceptional client experience when onboarding new Private Wealth clients
- Field advisor inquiries, providing suitable recommendations and delivering time sensitive solutions
- Maintain an understanding of portfolio offerings and investments through engagement with the product team and portfolio managers
- Assist in the growth and enhancement of the IPC Private Wealth Program
- Actively participate in committees to improve the operational and sales experience of advisors and their clients in the program
- Actively share information with all team members to enhance the offering
- 6 Month Contract

- Proficiency with Excel and maintaining databases
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Relationship-building skills with a commitment to establishing long-term advisor relationships
- Ability to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clients
- Post-secondary education
- Experience in IIROC back-office operations
- Completion of CSC/IFIC
- Proven ability to put the client first
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Goal oriented at an individual and team level

The base salary for this position is between **$43,600****:

- $ 65,300** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
