**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including preparing documents and correspondence.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and vendors.
- May need to prepare files and gather documents directly from clients.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred, ideally within an immigration office or similar environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Must be proficient in English, Punjabi and Hindi.

Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Punjabi (preferred)
