COMMERCIAL HUB MANAGER

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;
- Overseeing all aspects of the commercial hub and working in close cooperation with direct reports and colleagues to provide the best customer experience possible while dealing with Roofmart
- Dedicated to developing long term partnerships with Roofmart’s commercial contractor customer base and design firms, by delivering exceptional sales & operational support
- Responsible for driving four (4) key imperatives: Commercial Sales Enablement Project Management & Service Excellence Purchasing & Inventory Control Safety Leadership & Team Development
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 2 or more years of success in a similar role within the consumer durables, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, or other transferable industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations

- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel
